Creative Process
My work as an illustrator and stop motion animator combines making, drawing, photography and animation to convey narratives of folklore, fantasy and history. I have an interest in bringing children's stories to life, with work that feels nostalgic and comforting.As projects develop I work out my narratives based on characters I create and I enjoy exploring how they translate to film. I use 3D miniatures and props to illustrate with dioramas and have put this work in children’s books.
